  • To handle end to end recruitment Bulk hiring for Voice Premium and Non premium processes through diverse channels and
  • closing good numbers every month with the given team members.
  • Able to manage multiple business verticals which includes premium and Non Premium Processes.
  • To work closely with the Client Servicing team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify

  • Developing customized sourcing strategies keeping in mind cost of hire, delivery TAT, candidate profile and resources thereby
  • ensuring 100% fill rate as per business requirements and compliance standards.
  • Reviewing pre-joining checks and documentation as per the compliance requirements of the organization and maintaining
  • 100% adherence. Maintain MIS to analyse the quality of the hiring done in the zone.
  • Desired Profile Should be graduate/ MBA (in HR) will be preferred Must have BPO (Domestic Background) specifically in
  • Bulk Hiring (Voice process hiring)
  • Must have handled a Team Current Role handling AM or Manager on Papers ( from Last 1 to 1.5 Yrs)
  • Must have Excel and Presentation/Dashboards Knowledge
  • Should be good in basic compliance and grievance handling.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
  • Total 6-8 years’ experience, with minimum 5 years managing a Recruitment team.
  • Experience in Domestic BPO Hiring
  • Strong Delivery of large numbers. Must enjoy digging into data and deriving insights because we are a data-driven
  • company obsessed with numbers.
  • A quick learner who is able to understand the process and provide manpower accordingly.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with and build connection with stakeholders across teams.
  • Should have the ability to work under pressure and in an unstructured environment.
  • Must be meticulous.
  • Should have excellent knowledge of MS-Office, Excel, MIS, Dashboards and Power Point Presentation Skills.

    • · Responsible for ensuring smooth set up and functioning of quality compliance at a vertical level to meet business, internal and certification requirements; this involves designing functional level policies and procedures and driving standardization across all clients
    • · Responsible for developing process improvement strategy at client / engagement level, planning and execution of projects; managing process improvement program for each business working closely with clients and operations

    EXPERIENCE

  • · Should currently be handling National or Regional quality Head position with Domestic/ International BPO
  • · Should have worked with the strength of 4000FTS’s region wise/ PAN India
  • · Should be able to work in round the clock shifts
  • · Should have handled a team of at least15 - 20 directly and indirectly reporting in to him
  • · Six Sigma Black Belt certififed ( Mandatory)
  • · COPC HPMT & RCT ( Mandatory)
